This well equipped three bedroom apartment has beautiful sea views from two of the bedrooms and from the large patio area. Bedroom's one and two have double beds and in the distance the ghost town of Famagusta with its golden sandy beaches can be seen (binoculars supplied).

Bedroom three has two single beds, a portable television and DVD player, we also have an Xbox for the kids and adults alike subject to our terms and conditions being met.

The kitchen area has a Washing Machine, Cooker, Microwave, Toaster and Fridge Freezer, there is also an iron and ironing board. A leather suite with colour TV, coffee/breakfast area with pine furniture, 2 ceiling fans and a second DVD player with selection of DVD's to watch make up the living space, we have also got Sky television installed with around 30 channels to choose from including E4, Ch5, Sky One, Sky News, MTV and a selection of cartoon and leisure channels. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, toilet, shower and bath.

The patio/balcony area is larger than average with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers, there is also a large umbrella for when the sun gets too hot and an external water point to cool down. All windows have white shutters for added security and privacy which can be used to keep the place cooler during the day.

Fig Tree Bay with its beautiful beach, shops, bars and restaraunts is just 5 minutes away by car and the local Firemans Bay beach is just 10 minute walk away. The property also benefits from its own undercover car port so no worry about parking space.

Some bed linen and towels are provided, extra cleans during your stay are charged at £20.00 each if you so desire but this should be requested at the time of booking.

We have the ability to accept credit and debit cards through our UK business PDQ (a 2% surcharge applies), Personal Cheque, Paypal, Nochex and Direct Bank Transfer. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 will be required to confirm any booking with full payment required at least 45 days prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £100 will also be required details further below.

We do NOT accept all male/female parties and we operate a NON SMOKING policy which we respectfully ask to be observed when in the apartment at ALL times. Children are welcome but we ask that you supervise them accordingly.
