APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our address will be supplied on confirmation that the dates you request are available, you should only fill in this form if you have spoken to us and we have confirmed availability....

1) We respectfully request that only non smokers apply to use our apartment as we operate a non smoking policy.
2) No all boy/girl groups, this is a couples or family apartment only.
3) A non refundable deposit of £50.00 should be included with this form, if paying by Credit/Debit card I shall call you for details.
4) All pre-bookings shall be held for 14 days or until deposit arrives.
5) The apartment shall be cleaned prior to your arrival, any intermediate cleans will be at the rate of £20.00 each, £45 if clean linen is required, this should be mentioned with desired days at the time of booking.
6) We cannot be held responsible for any surrounding building work, canceled flights or stolen possessions.
7) The property will be ready from 2.00pm and we request that you vacate by 11.00am these times are often negotiable.
8) A refundable £100 deposit is required and shall be returned in full within 48 hours of return of the key. We know accidents do happen and this deposit wil not be used for the odd broken cup or glass, it will only be used upon consultation with yourself in regards to any missing items (such as Sky card, remotes or controllers for xbox etc.) or serious damage to the property. We have never had to use this deposit so far and we see it as a deterrent NOT a means for anything else.
