The Villa offers panoramic sea views of the crystal clear Mediterranean
Sea from all rooms, there are unobstructed views of the Karpas Peninsula
and Famagusta.
The air conditioned villa comprises of a large open plan ground
floor with dedicated kitchen, dining and living areas. The villa
is 190 sq meters in size one of the largest villas in the area.
The modern and well equipped kitchen (above) with, granite work
surfaces has a halogen hob, electric oven, microwave, dish washer,
washing machine, large fridge freezer, water cooler, coffee maker,
grill.
Cool bags and picnic equipment are provided for those lazy days
on the beach. The living area is furnished to a high standard, leather
sofas and chairs, electric fire. A selection of DVD films, CDS,
Games, Toys and books, are provided for your use. Direct access
through the patio to the pergola and swimming pool.
The dining area has a large table and will seat 10. A high chair
is also available. Through the patio doors there is a purpose built
BBQ and pool shower
 The
first floor has three double bedrooms, all air conditioned .There
is one double with a balcony, one double with an en-suite and the
third room has two singles.
There is a large family bathroom with full size bath, shower and
glass sink.
There is also an open plan “Den” area with a sofa bed.
This is a perfect chill out area as it has an Xbox with good selection
of games and DVDs, TV and DVD player. Parents note a set of earphones
are supplied! A travel cot is also available.All Linen, including
towels, quilts, throws are provided.
There is air conditioning through out and radiators to take the
chill off in the cooler winter evenings.
 The
Patio, pergola and pool area benefits from having sunny and shaded
areas at all times of the day, this gives sun lovers and shade dwellers
the best of both worlds. The back drop is the splendid view of the
Mediterranean Sea.
The pool has steps and is illuminated in the evening for that swim
underneath the stars which are spectacular, if you want a closer
view there is a telescope available for your use.
There is a patio heater so you can enjoy out door living if the
winter evenings are a little chilly. The BBQ is purpose built with
built in sink and a pool shower attached.
There is an electronic safe for your peace of mind, but the island
is virtually crime free
